Toronto police tell CBC's @natalie_kalata the van that struck a number of pedestrians at Yonge Street and Finch Avenue East has been found, and the driver has been arrested.

Sources say alleged driver of rental van in Toronto attack is Alek Minassian. 25-year-old man is from Richmond Hill, Ontario, north of Toronto. According to an online profile, he's a student at Seneca College.
Government officials briefed on investigation so far say Toronto van suspect is not associated with any organized terrorist group. CBC sources also say suspect does not represent larger threat to national security.

UPDATE: Facebook confirms to CBC's Matthew Braga @mattbraga that the post from Alek Minassian referencing "The Incel Rebellion" and Elliot Rodger is real, and was posted publicly on his profile before Facebook shut it down.
