This is emphatically *not* what happened. 
She was sent photos of her VAGINA, taken by photographers without her consent, along with a gross, patronising message telling her: 'This will be on the internet forever, Lils.'
Lily - having spoken ONE WEEK ago about how she was sick of things happening, being caught on camera and having her feelings decided FOR her (gq.com/story/on-no-sh…) - decided she was not going to be allowed to be made to feel ashamed of sth she had no control over.
And also decided to remind everyone that these are themes explored on her latest artistic offering, 'No Shame', out on 8 June.
But ofc when your agenda is oppressing everybody and making everyone feel stupid ugly and ashamed of themselves, that doesn't fit the narrative you're trying to push, so you come up with some shitty line about 'sinking to a new low'
(ps 'VAGINA' is in caps not in a tabloid-y CAN YOU BELIEVE way just cos I can't stand the euphemism 'private area' or, indeed, any euphemism)
