Tried to keep it to games I haven’t played (or played fully in some way) which was harder than I thought
One Ring is such an amazing love letter to Middle Earth with tight thematic mechanics that make it look running a game in Middle Earth seem so accessible
I really want to play Burning Empires, so far I have only really co-GMed a long con game of an entire Infection Phase. Really need to sit down a play a whole campaign. Really love the complexity and hard choices it demands
Still have never played Freemarket, it sits there taunting me and demanding to be played from the shelf. Trouble is that it is the rare game I only want to play instead of run...
I love Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay so much, and I really can’t wait to see what the new edition looks like and try it out. Even though 1st edition will always have my heart
And then Wraith, the White Wolf game I have thought the most about yet only ran a small handful of one shots. Something about this game holds an unreasonable amount of my brain space. Want to play or run something long form with it

One of my proudest accomplishments was working on this two-day pop-up museum exhibit that we ran in October. The video game museum in my head has rotating exhibits like this: a visually striking display that tells a specific story that makes you think about games in a new way.
Specifically, what I wanted to express here was that the "Nintendo Entertainment System," if you knew where to look, literally never went away. There have been new commercial games written for the hardware every year since its debut 35 years ago. No other system can claim this.
Official support stopped around 1995 as the major markets moved on to new systems like the PlayStation. But in some countries you couldn't officially buy these new systems. Enter the "Famiclone" - a knock-off NES that was really, really cheap to manufacture.

One of the ways #AABill gets access to systems is by commandeering employees of companies to write backdoors. But they’re not even allowed to tell their employer, or face jail time.

I went through the mechanics of this, and realised how out of touch Canberra is...
Let’s say they coerce a backend end dev to write a data tap. A few lines of code here and there, write to a file or connect straight to http://@ASDGovAu/api/vacuum/

Now what? Most devs don’t have access to production! Hilarity ensues...
The dev is now going to somehow commit this to the repo in order to get it through the pipelines.

First thing is CI/CD will reject the commit because there’s no JIRA ticket for the change.

Ok, let’s slip it under another ticket. Nope! Test harness no longer passes!

Je vous avez laissé avec quelque notions important, que je vais rappelé rapidement :

- Le séquençage c'est ce qui permet de lire la séquence ADN, mais on ne peut lire que des petits morceaux et on sais pas ou on lis du coup on est un peut embêté pour comprendre ce qu'on a lue
- L'assemblage c'est l'étape algorithmique qui vas permettre de reconstruire la séquence d'ADN d'origine a partir des morceaux qu'on a lue. On fais sa parce que les morceaux partage des séquences communes, sa s'appel des overlaps. Pour sa on utilise un graph d'assemblage

One of the great treats of visiting my mum is that her street is perched above a steep gulley forged by the Water of Leith. The way down is a bit treacherous when you've got dodgy knees like mine.
From the bridge there's a roaring weir on one side, and a rocky meander on the other.
There were plants i didn't know. Any help out there? I thought the flowers on this looked like those of Hemp Agrimony, but the rest of it didn't feel quite right.
