3. Lori M. Lee contributes a Hmong folktale that mixes in a sentient android. Her other books include The Gates of Thread and Stone series.
4. Sona Charaipotra will bring us a Punjabi folktake. Her other books include the addictive ballet school thriller Tiny Pretty Things and Shiny Broken Pieces, written with Dhonielle Clayton.
5. Aliette de Bodard's story is a retelling of the Vietnamese fairytale Tam and Cam, as a Viet girl I am 200% ready for this book. Aliette's other works are the Xuya series (space opera meets Viet Culture) and The Dominion of the Fallen series (angels! Paris! dragons!)

9. Renee Ahdieh presents a retelling of a Korean folktale about dokkaebi. Her other books are the beloved series: The Wrath and the Dawn and Flame In The Mist.
10. Melissa de la Cruz brings a story featuring aswang, Filipino vampire witches. Melissa is also the author of the Blue Bloods series, The Witches of East End, Disney Descendants series, Alex and Eliza, plus many many many more.
11. Elsie Chapman edited this anthology and contributes a retelling of Butterfly Lovers, a well known Chinese tales. She's written Dualed, Divided, and Along the Indigo. Also has several upcoming releases that sounds amazing.

13. Cindy Pon will bless us with a retelling of Cowherd Boy and Weaver Girl and I cannot wait. I love her other books which include: Want, Serpentine, and Silver Phoenix.
14. Julie Kagawa writes a story about kitsune, a Japanese shapeshifter. This should tie in nicely with her upcoming Shadow of the Fox. Her other works are well loved and include the Iron Fey series, the Talon series, and the Blood of Eden series.

16. Finally, Ellen Oh, co-editor of the collection, needs no introduction as she's a WNDB powerhouse. Her other published works are The Prophecy series, Spirit Hunters, and the Flying Lessons anthology.
