NBA Ref Reform:
*Start games w/ max pay, dock it for each missed call, increase penalties for each qtr
*Make refs wear previous game's report pinned to shirts
*Postgame presser for refs, players ask the questions
*20 refs
*No refs
*Review all calls, ruling left to Twitter vote

Announcing my candidacy for Co-Commisioner. In addition to prioritizing ref reform, I plan to
A) Remove marijuana from list of banned substances
B) Bring back hand-checking (just to shut up the "The NBA is soft now" crowd)
C) Let Doris show up to any game she wants & take over

D) Expansion team in Kansas City
E) Coaches get a couple of challenges
F) Go back to announcing the awards before the playoffs when people actually care
G) Lifetime ban for James Dolan

H) Ok, fine, Seattle gets the other expansion team (the people have spoken)
I) ELIMINATE ONE-AND-DONE & give an education stipend to G-League players to take as many or as few courses at whatever college/community college/trade school works for them
J) Call it the D-League again

K) Give Rasheed Wallace whatever job he wants. If that job is taken, fire that person and give it to Sheed.
L) Drag any reporter who keeps badgering a player w/ the same question out of the presser with a shepherd's crook.

M) NO MORE MOTHERF***ING THUNDER STICKS.
