UPDATE: Justice Adebukola Banjoko of FCT High Court has paused delivering judgment in N1.16bn fraud case to allow the accused, former Governor of Plateau State, Sen. Joshua Dariye to use the toilet on his request.
The court was still addressing preliminary issues raised in the defence written address before the break to allow Sen. Dariye use the toilet. #JudgementDay
