The point of this thread is pretty simple. Clearly this story came from SOMEWHERE. So what was the origin? Was it Team Strzok? Somebody else? Where did it come from?
It was posted on November 7, 2016. This was a last ditch effort to stop Trump from being elected as well.
"The Guardian separately confirmed the original request for a Fisa warrant, which had been turned down earlier in the summer, and former officials said they believed that the MENSCH and BBC account of the Fisa warrants was correct."

"... because actionable intelligence on the matter provided by friendly foreign agencies..."

Gee, could this be the series of random countries such as Estonia, Germany and UK's GCHQ which led to the Brennan's task forces?

Remember also that at the time Louise Mensch's story was released, nobody really understood the FBI layout. Now we do and we understand the context of the counterintelligence division. It was Peter Strzok's.
