The United States supports Somalia’s efforts to extend inclusive and effective governance, promote reconciliation, improve security, and increase economic opportunity and job creation. We will continue our work together to build a peaceful, stable, and prosperous Somalia.

We look forward to many more years of cooperation in support of peace, democracy, and economic growth that is mutually beneficial to our two countries.
