Today was cloudy, chilly as well as a bit windy, so it took me a while to get myself out of the house and on my bicycle. I biked one of my favourite routes and ended up at Friendship Park, which is right by Tuusula Lake. Here you can see a fountain.

Lake Tuusula has been historically significant for the community of artists living close by in the early 20th century. Eero Järnefelt, Jean Sibelius, Juhani Aho all lived here for some time. That’s all rather boring, but I do love the lakeside view from the road.
I’m not all that good with words, so what I’ll try to do this week is share what I’m seeing instead.
On my way back home I stopped by this little trail close to home. Even though I’d rather stay indoors on rainy days, I do love the way greens become even greener when it’s cloudy.
