We are now officially waist-deep in soft Brexit.
So full alignment for goods, including agricultural. Occasional alignment, we presume, for some services, like services. Customs partnership which could easily shift into union. & mobility framework that looks like job-offer-contingent free movement.
Won't be accepted by EU and Cabinet secretaries could well kick back in next few days. But for now, it's telling how soft the base-line govt Brexit offer has become.
