-Identify your strengths.
-Learn marketing.
-Collab all you can.
-Hire people better than you.

Then, pair up your main talent with your other strengths. Like Taylor Swift. Is she the best singer?

No, but she pairs it up with songwriting & has the best marketing team ever.
