We now move on to the Q&A session. The first question is what can Public Health Wales do to improve uptake of smoking cessation services in Wales?
Chrissie Pickin reminds us that smoking costs NHS Wales £300m and over 5,000 lives 
To make it easier, a national service bringing together the wide range of NHS services available last year came under a single brand @HelpMeQuitWales with services that improves smokers’ chances of staying smoke-free
In 2016/17 NHS Wales quit services helped about 25% more smokers on their quit journey than in 2014/15, that’s about 15,000 smokers every year, so lots of people are getting the help they need.
Chrissie Pickin finishes: “Having said that I do believe Wales can do more so we aren’t complacent...we will keep out focus on this...until we are smoke free in Wales”
