Shares short the 92% holder of MoviePass is depicted in the chart below. I should do the math around how much each subscriber cost to acquire. ~ is total subscribers/total cash burned. Doing that is ~ correct since COGS is being used as CAC. Churn right now is probably very ugly.
In the end dollars will have been sold by MoviePass for n dimes. It's been shown that selling a dollar for < a dollar creates a high net promoter score (NPS) in other cases. It is completely nuts from a reality standpoint, but customer satisfaction might be high. Still bonkers.
