1. @HvonSpakovsky says Obama shouldn't name a justice because there's an election.

2. GOP loses pop vote for POTUS & Senate, but win both anyway and name a justice.

3. GOP will ram through another justice w/ no debate months before an election they're down in. Spakovsky: 👍.
Let me make another prediction:

In the unlikely event that Kavanaugh's confirmation vote doesn't happen before the election and Republicans lose the Senate, @HvonSpakovsky will be screaming for them to confirm him in the lame duck session. Because elections are bad suddenly.
