I think this world would be a much better place to live if all words that end in phobia; phobe; and ist were abolished and anyone who used the word would be fined. Free Speech my a$$. This world has taken the right of free speech way beyond what it was originally intended for

of grievances." So let's break this down and dive into the words...[The right to peaceably assemble] Who can tell me that the left are being peaceable? Right. They aren't, so why are they not herded up and taken away? It would force them to start being peaceful. The police have

every right in the USA to arrest them. There has been many discussions about the "right" of a free press and free speech and over the years it has been determined that there are 9 categories which are not protected by the 1st Amendment- Although there will always be differing

opinions these are the 9 categories:
>Obscenity
>Fighting words
>Defamation (including libel and slander)
>Child pornography
>Perjury
>Blackmail
>INCITEMENT TO IMMINENT LAWLESS ACTION

>True threats-LIKE THROWING ROCKS-STARTING FIRES-SMASHING WINDOWS-i.e.Berkley.
>Solicitations to commit crimes [Soros paying for rioters to go to rallies.]
>Verbal Treason

So I ask each of you- in the past two years; during the campaign; during the rallies; Conservative speakers being attacked; @POTUS administration people being harassed; threatened; attacked WHICH OF THE NINE NOT

COVERED BY THE 1ST AMENDMENT WERE COMMITTED? Correct.
Why do they get away with it? Because they are NOT BEING ARRESTED and they know 99% of them will get away with it.
They should NOT

be hiding behind the 1st Amendment but the law in this country is too afraid to do their job. @realDonaldTrump You have the power to make them do it! You could write an EO making ALL speech falling under one of the nine to be subject to an immediate arrest/fine or both. Something

huge needs to be done soon to stop the riots; violence; bigotry, hate occurring under the mask of free speech. Not all speech is FREE and @POTUS is the ONLY one who can make them pay for their actions.
