Blackhat talk reviews are in. I dug up data for the last 4 years I presented: 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018. In that order the talk received (out of 5): 4.40, 4.92, 4.82, 4.49. I pretty much agree with that order ranking.
In those same years, only between 7-13% of attendees filled out the evaluations. Come on people, fill out feedback for speakers! What follows is some highlights and lowlights from these four years of evaluations.
Some positive comments: "I would come to a Briefing where these 2 just read the phone book aloud", "Best in class speakers", "Excellent and entertaining", "Crazy good", "Phenomenal", "highlight of the show", "best session in all of BlackHat", "Vroom!"
Some negative comments: "need to cut the comedy routine", "counterintuitive unprofessional contradictory", "resembled class presentations in high school", "not a black hat presentation", "without a doubt the worst briefing I attended at Black Hat", "Very shallow"
