A Note to The Serious:
The Buddhists have unfortunately missed.
I say "unfortunately" genuinely. Because I have always respected their sensibilities as human beings
However, they have fallen for the same trap as the remainder of society
Namely, the trap of Prescription.

The Buddhists insist on "Practice."
Whether it is in the form of meditation, mindfulness, or any austerity, practice does not lead one to Realization
Practice leads to practice.
Buddhists "practice" for 70 years
And die With experience
But without Realization

If a monk who devotes his every living day to austerities, and does not achieve Realization, what to say of those who attend retreats and evening meditation classes?
If one seeks to pursue any endeavor to its ultimate heights, one must first become Serious
