I’m a singer, songwriter, & guitarist in @delorentos- we’re an independent 4 piece who play melodic alternative tunes. We’ve been signed, broken up, back together, dropped, label went bust, won awards, toured all over. Best of all we’ve released 5 albums & we still talk... 😂

Life can be fairly chaotic depending on how busy we are, but luckily I have an amazingly patient wife, and most days I mind my two girls at least til the midday. This is excellent fun. This what I’m doing right now:
(My 4 year old, despite repeated exposure to the finest 00’s New York alt that the internet has to offer, is all about the Wiggles & ABBA these days. 🙄 While the temptation is obvs to totally cut her off, I’ve pinned my hopes on the other one, based on her pot banging skillz..)
Having kids & being a creative person who works erratic hours (with indefinite & unpredictable pay) means that there’s a permaguilt that sits under the surface at all times, so you have to be a hustler, & you have to put a lot into your art.. but when the results are good..😗👌🏼
With that in mind, & the ridiculous cost of childcare 🙄, when I’m not minding this pair, I do lots of other music-related & creative things outside of band stuff. I’ve an alternative show on Sundays on @radionova100 from 8pm, the #NovaGuestlist. I absolutely love it. 😍
I also teach a songwriting class at @BIMMDublin- which is a lovely, inspiring place to go. GREAT music coming out of there. Through that & @TheDigitalHub I’ve been able to work on the #Liber8Project- a music outreach in Dub8 for secondary schoolkids without access to music class! 
These are a few of things I’ll be chatting about this week +podcasting (💖 podcasts), Irish International soccer (Declan Rice is our only hope), & some mental health talk. 1 more thing I’m setting myself for (if I’m able): I’m adopted, & I’ve had a crazy/interesting experience...
And a few more small things:

2. Brits out.
3. Government is not doing enough to solve the homelessness crisis, housing crisis, drug crisis, immigration, climate change, & direct provision.
3. 9/11 was an inside job.
