Serious question: is there actuall proposed legislative language about what "The Wall" is and/or what the 5.6 billion would go towards that the WH has drafted? Like, what does the bill text for that appropriation look like?

The EU statement makes clear that the steel/aluminum tariffs remain in force (& no concrete commitments). But the tone is better, and maybe(?) no auto tariffs as long as they keep talking.

1)We are rapidly facing a major Y in the decision tree. Even if we make the right political decision, our current situation may not end well.
