For someone intent on calling news media "fake news" & "enemy of the people," he sure loves circulating fake news.

It's adorable how he suggests that news articles using "anonymous sources" are not true, yet he pushed a dubious story that quoted anonymous sources.
Donald Trump is a fact-free buffoon intent on gaslighting the nation. He's a congenital liar and manipulator. He doesn't care about the truth; he thinks the truth is subjective and can change at his whim. If, at this point, you haven't figured any of this out, you're quite dense.
Donald Trump's supporters are either ignoramuses who can't tell truth from fiction or willful accomplices who continue to support him in spite of his avalanche of lies and dishonest statements; they find no irony in how he circulates fake news while attacking "fake news."

Told Comey to "let Flynn go." Fired Comey & went on national tv to admit that it was over the Russia investigation. Went on Twitter to attack investigators. Fired McCabe. Attacked Sessions for recusing & eventually pushed him out. Installed attacker of the investigation as AG.
Whitaker won't recuse like Sessions did, despite obvious appearance of conflict of interest.

It's important to look at the decision in itself. Even if you think it violates precedent, and therefore is hypocritical, it may be that the previous decisions were the wrong ones and shouldn't be repeated.
For example, if I used to throw my trash out the car window, arguing that it kept prisoners busy doing litter pickup, that's clearly stupid. If I now know it's dumb and stop doing it, that is a greater good than my being consistent by still doing it.
