Once again, he planned something that he blew the budget on.

He had to make a choice - and it had nothing to do with "listening" to backers.

The most glaring aspect of this latest cash grab is that, as of now, 7 yrs + $192M later, NEITHER of the two promised games is anywhere near completion. So there was NO reason to expand CitizenConned. And said expansion is the usual hype-ridden drivel they shove in weekly shows.
