Still trying to figure out how this message applies to you. You opted out of your contract with the 49ers & turned down other offers because you didn’t feel they were good enough (which is the same way many in the industry feel about your playing). Now you blame it on protesting?
I’m not boycotting @Nike solely because Kaepernick disrespected police & our patriotic traditions. I’m also boycotting them because they’re idiots for acting like he made any actual sacrifices. He left the 49ers & turned down offers, then blamed protesting after the fact. Loser!
I find it extremely disappointing @Nike didn’t think Serena Williams was enough for their new ad campaign. Instead of giving a true American success story the deserved spotlight, they cheaply courted controversy for maximum exposure.

I hope their divisive campaign backfires.

I can’t stop thinking about Azriel Clary because I see myself in her. Like her, I was a trained vocalist with big music-related dreams as a teenager. At 17, I would’ve jumped at the opportunity to collaborate with a huge artist. She was an easy target and R. Kelly knew that.
ICYMI: Azriel Clary is a young woman featured in the @lifetimetv documentary #SurvivingRKelly. She met R. Kelly at 17, eventually moved in with him, & hasn’t been seen 2 years since. She’s the only girl in the documentary still unaccounted for to this day. That really bothers me.
What’s even more troubling about Azriel Clary’s disappearance is how @Chicago_Police tipped off @rkelly’s team that her parents were headed to his studio to do a wellness check (as we learned in #SurvivingRKelly). That was earlier this year. Azriel hasn’t been seen in two years.

Where is she now?

Today is @rkelly’s 50th b-day & he is walking free while a teen he allegedly raped & kidnapped continues to go missing.

On July 25, 2012 Taliban fighters in Kunar province Afghanistan successfully targeted a US Army CH-47 helicopter with a new generation Stinger missile. The terrorists didn't properly arm the missile, so it didn't explode, it only downed the chopper. #Benghazi
The next day, an EOD team arrived to pick through the wreckage and found unexploded pieces of a missile casing that could only belong to a new generation Stinger missile. Lodged in the right nacelle, they found one fragment that contained an entire serial number.

She may very well be telling the truth. But the FBI is not going to investigate, because even if we assume she's telling the 100% truth, there's no *federal* crime that took place. It's a dodge.

Thinking about great teams today. (Yes, still with the damn DORA report.) People see the "7% of teams function at a elite level" stat and they assume those teams must naturally be made up of the top 7% of elite engineers. Not so.

SO not so.
You can't just gather together 10 engineers in the top decile and assume you get a team in the top decile. Being a good teammate relies on categorically different skills than being a good engineer.
In fact, people who are used to leaning on their eng skill set too hard tend to fail in predictable ways.. So what you get is a powerful engine of lemmings (who would strenuously resist that description, probably on reddit).
