'Clinical delusion' by you I'm afraid. Plus this is not an 'idea'' - it is a finding by the Electoral Commission to a criminal standard of proof. Campaigns are subject to spending limits, which Vote Leave & Leave.EU illegally exceeded.

Final point; it's not the overall spending on either side that matters. What matters is how & when money was spent. In last few days before the vote, Vote Leave ploughed around half a million above its spending limit into AIQ for facebook ads (on which it had already spent £2.3m)

@AndrewMarr9 @MarrShow - you will recall about a year ago mentioning a letter I wrote to the PM asking her to disclose the advice she had received that Article 50 was unilaterally revocable. She refused to do so and paid 5 QCs to try and stop the ECJ ruling on the point. Why?
Please ask her why she would prefer to risk people's lives, stockpile food, send 1000 police to Northern Ireland, spend millions on fridges rather than revoke Article 50? Please ask her how badly no deal compares with remaining in the EU?
Please ask her whether she thinks if the referendum had been between a no deal scenario and remaining, 'no deal' would have won? If she is sure it would be no deal please ask her why?

Note that the Electoral Commission only opened its investigation into 'Better for the Country'- Arron Banks' outfit - after @GoodLawProject issued judicial review proceedings against it concerning decision to close its investigation into Vote Leave on 24 October 17 1/

Paper by amongst other @DanielJHannan for Cato Institute (see TPA, IEA etc - same bods). The essential hypothesis is that if you can't get achieve a reciprocal dropping of trade barriers, it's still better to drop them unilaterally even if this costs jobs in your country.
The proposal is that the UK opens its market, including the NHS, entirely to the U.S.

The financial industry knows who its customers are. It does the due diligence. Facebook is only pretending to practice Know Your Customer and it probably creates a false sense of transparency and trust. propublica.org/article/how-bi…
Ultimately this is the problem with corporate secrecy in America…looking at you Delaware. It’s also the problem of not having data protection laws and regulators that would require official registration to use protected personal data.
If FB could trace a registered entity to its data protection registration it could automate advertiser verification at scale. Supply your company number and registered data controller number and you’re good to go. FB should be lobbying for data controller/processor registration.

There is a principal issue underlying the case that poses a simple question: is a lawful, free and fair vote one of the constitutional requirements of the UK? It's asked after 2 Electoral Commission (EC) Reports found that illegality & corruption dogged the ref campaign. /2
Let me make this clear. The EC findings were to the criminal standard of proof (beyond reasonable doubt) & serious offences were committed by the designated campaign for leaving the EU (& others), in breach of the statutory framework established by Parliament for the ref. /3
