OK, here goes Friday. @ZoeTillman is at the courthouse in DC, and I’ll be at the office shortly to handle things from my end. As I already was told this morning by one lawyer involved in this larger legal and political drama playing out before us: “Be alert today.”
BREAKING: Special Counsel’s Office files superseding information against Paul Manafort, meaning a plea is expected. More to come.

JUST IN: Rudy Giuliani, the president's lawyer, tells @BuzzFeedNews there have been no pardon discussions between Manafort and/or his lawyers and Trump and/or his lawyers.
And, we've, formally, got a plea hearing. (This morning's hearing was previously described as a pretrial conference.)

BREAKING: Supreme Court denies the foreign country-owned company's request to stay a contempt order resulting from its refusal to comply with a grand jury's subpoena. Chief Justice Roberts' "administrative stay" is vacated, so the result is the contempt order is back in effect.
That order of the court follows this request, made Monday but put on the docket today, to file a cert petition in the case under seal. Not clear what will happen with that now, but the contempt order (and associated fines) will now be back in place.

Ok here goes follow me on this. Watching the @IngrahamAngle show on fox, and listening intently to this whole thing about the false accusation about Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Dianne Feinstein sat on this letter for months before deciding to release it through Washington Post.
Amazing huh? Anyways, their total intention was not to investigate the false accusation, but only to get Brett Kavanaugh to step down without a fight right? Oops, that did not happen. So now Senator Grassley and the republicans who have taken this seriously are trying to do that!
Well low and behold, the democrats are trying to obstruct an investigation in to the false accusation. LOL. They demanded an investigation, then when it started to happen, the Dems have done nothing but try to stop it. You just can't make this stuff up. Keystone Cops much?

Ok. Here goes another one.

SMS intercept, hi-jack, access, ...

So there are a few things going on that the media, and others, are confusing:

Social engineering attacks (number slamming), and SS7 interaction. Sure, on the backend both influe HLR (home location registers).
The social engineering/physical can range from mugging someone to get their phone sim (good job Apple on making iPhone theft itself less valuable through your hardware design, albeit a dilemma with right-to-repair), which is a tactic where people literally steal/mug your phone/ID
The physical perpetrator takes the SIM card and puts it into a different phone.
There are a surprising number of significant services that let you reset everything if you know only the phone number (and can respond to OTP messages sent to the number).

More than you realize.

Washington DC is the Septic Drain Field of America, a giant sewage system housing every power hungry, money hungry, blood sucking politician. They will do mostly anything to be apart of the “club” they swear to uphold the constitution, however swear at it. #DC #Swamp
People go there to bring change and in a matter of months are changed! #DC #Swamp
Not just the politicians, the organizations, all hell bent of controlling the system, from think tanks to government agencies, operating outside of the constitution. DC is filled with alphabet agencies, including alphabet news agencies, all under control of the cabal!
