5/ When govt decided to go through a govt to govt deal, was the then foreign secretary had no clue of that? Why did the then French President Francois Hollande had no clue about such a deal till Modi announced it?

10/ When govt is spending taxpayers’ money, they are answerable to the public. They can’t hide behind any secrecy agreement. And this so called secrecy agreement is nothing, but a common Non Disclosure Agreement which is usually signed between business entities and govts.
