I've spent a considerable amount of time investigating Roh recently. The theory that he is somehow tied to Western intel is ridiculous. He has made his entire living off of Russian investments, including Russian government bonds.
Roh owns R&B investment group. The company has at least a $25 million portfolio in Russia per the former Chief Investment Officer. sberbank-cib.com/eng/about/news…
Not only that, but Roh managed and owned a Cyprus-based investment fund that invested EXCLUSIVELY in Russia. This fund dealt with Russian government bonds and securities. 
Roh's previously mentioned chief investment officer worked at Gazprom and now works at Alfa-Bank.

Roh is the eventual sole shareholder of all of his companies. But in Feb 2016, right around the time Papadopoulos came into his/Mifsud's orbit, he set up 2 UK companies that are owned by an untraceable Marshall Islands LLC.
One of these companies purchased part of the Link Campus in Rome (Where Mifsud taught/was on the board). Mr. and Mrs. Papadopoulos claim that Link Campus was a training center for Western intel assets. That doesn't make sense when you consider Roh's financial background.
The other company was named "London Center For International Law and Diplomacy Limited" a mash-up between the London Center of International Law Practice, where both Mifsud and Mr. and Mrs. Papadopoulos worked, and the London Academy of Diplomacy, of which Mifsud was director.
There is no public record about the activities of this bizarre company. Its shareholder is ILS Publishing in the Marshall Islands, a country where business documents are not available and ownership structures are hidden.
I believe the relationship between Roh and Mr. and Mrs. Papadopoulos needs to be scrutinized. Were there any financial dealings? How did they get paid for their work at the London Centre? If they got paid from this odd London LLC, then we must demand to know who is behind the $.
tldr: Roh has been making money from Russian investments for decades. He has offices in Moscow. He set up 2 shell companies with unknown ownership around the time he met the Papadopoulos's. We must find out if either Simona/George had any financial dealings with Roh or his LLCs.
