I will write a thread about this soon but for now I’m too enraged to say more: every white American woman watching the war vs Christine Blasey Ford must understand that all the white & blonde privilege you have - and I don’t care how you vote - will not save you from patriarchy.
You cannot be a more “perfect victim” than Christine Blasey Ford and still they will do all they can to destroy her. Imagine if she was Black. Or poor. Or disabled. Or so many other things.

That 70% of Republican women is white women. Just like 53% of white women voters voted for Trump and 62% of white women voters voted for Roy Moore. White women: when are you going to stop being the footsoldiers of patriarchy? What will it take? White supremacy too good for you?
When will white women stop being footsoldiers of patriarchy? White supremacy is a potent drug. It does not save you from patriarchy. It is white male supremacy. 
And here’s the thing: NYT discovered gender after Trump, WaPo discovered gender after #MeToo, & most “gender columnists/reporters/whatever” are white women. It’s like white women are the default & white women are the ones uniquely equipped to report on a problem they excel at!
It is 2018: a man accused by at least 20 women of sexual assault is president of the USA thanks to 52% of white women voters & a man accused of sexual assault is supported by ~70% of GOP(white)women.That is a national crisis. Footsoldiers of the patriarchy who are harming us all
