McFarland & her lawyer were able to convince the FBI that she had not intentionally misled the bureau but had spoken from memory, without the benefit of documents that could have helped her remember her exchanges with Flynn about the Kislyak conversations

However a few days after Flynn talked to Kislyak, McFarland said that her memory was clear, and that the two had never discussed sanctions or how the incoming Trump administration hoped Russia would respond - per an on-the-record conversation with the WaPo

Manafort filing is not properly redacted & one section mentions:

"the Government’s allegation that Mr. Manafort lied about sharing polling data with Mr. Kilimnik related to the 2016 presidential campaign."
Kilimnik not only worked with Manafort, he also formed a company in 2015 with Sam Patten, who was a contractor for Cambridge Analytica

There's no evidence Kilimnik worked with Cambridge Analytica, but why would Kilimnik review US election polling data?...

1/ A key Trump camp lie that died this week was that Trump was aloof from virtually every campaign conversation that could possibly have had legal ramifications. Cohen now tells us how closely Trump followed every development. We'll discover that that was true *across the board*.
2/ For instance, if Cohen kept Trump apprised of every development in a single deal involving Russia from 2015 to 2016, why would *anyone* still believe Trump was *not* told in advance by his son of a gaggle of powerful Russians coming to his house (Trump Tower) on June 9, 2016?
3/ Just so, we've been told that even though Mike Flynn accompanied Trump to every pre-election high-level national security-related meeting, Trump had *no* idea Flynn was negotiating with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak *prior* to the election. That's almost certainly false.

During this same time, The Washington Post reported that Trump's son-in-law and "senior adviser," Jared Kushner, met with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak in December 2016 and proposed setting up a secret back channel line of communication to Moscow using Russian facilities.

Given Mike Pence's role during the campaign, the transition and now in the WH, Team🇺🇸Mueller *surely* will interview Pence (or already has). But in what capacity? Meaning: how does Pence fit into Mueller's #TrumpRussia investigation⁉️ 2/
Basically, it boils down to this for PENCE:

👉🏼Pence is "innocent", saw nothing, did nothing during his entire tenure w/Trump, or
👉🏼Pence is "innocent" himself, but witnessed criminal acts by others, or
