Butina's lawyer was caught out a few weeks ago for appearing on Fox News to discuss Russia multiple times without disclosing his work on behalf of Butina: thinkprogress.org/maria-butinas-…
His defense was that the Butina and Mueller investigations aren't related, ipso facto there was no need to disclose.

But then we learned that he'd actually repped a client in front of Mueller's office itself—a fact that was never disclosed in any of his Fox News appearances.
Worth noting: The judge in the Butina case recently imposed a gag order on the lawyers involved, singling out Driscoll's media appearances in particular:

Maria Butina, 29, a Russian citizen residing in DC, was arrested on July 15, 2018, in Washington, D.C., and made her initial appearance this afternoon before Magistrate Judge Deborah A. Robinson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
She was ordered held pending a hearing set for July 18, 2018.
