The absurd part of this story is repeating the claim that Python has some sort of inherent advantage over other programming languages. It doesn't.
No language has an inherent advantage. However, every language has it's die-hard fans who claim it does. To outsiders, who can't parse the difference between advocacy and education, it makes it look like there is some inherent advantage.
"After all, they are the expert, they ought to know" people think. No, they aren't the expert, they are an advocate. There's a difference.
Just because somebody knows slightly more than you about technology doesn't make them a reliable expert.
If there's one language you need skill in as a hacker, it's JavaScript, because it's in the browser. It also works great for command-line utilities with NodeJS.
Though even that inherent advantage will disappear in a few years with Webassembly.
