1/ There are so many hidden gems in Bitcointalk threads and p2p foundation posts from back in the day. Here are some of my favorites:
2/ Satoshi on the problem with conventional currency… right above the link to download Bitcoin v0.1
3/ First attempts at selling something for bitcoin. One picture for 500 bitcoins (roughly $1 after PayPal fees… heh)
4/ Satoshi working on the Bitcoin logo. “How does everyone feel about the B symbol with the two lines through the outside?”
5/ Satoshi being cautious about not moving too quickly.
6/ Satoshi claiming NOT having Bitcoin is the net waste, first h/t @nic__carter
7/ Satoshi confirming: “I am not Dorian Nakamoto.” Questions remain as to whether Satoshi truly wrote this. Still cool though.
8/ Satoshi expressing that Bitcoin is NOT the first attempt at “e-currency”
9/ Those margins tho...
10/ In July 2010, Bitcoin’s Wiki page got deleted for “not being famous enough”. Satoshi wished that rather than deleting the article, they should have put a length restriction. “If something is not famous enough, there could at least be a stub article identifying what it is.”
11/ First attempts at making Bitcoin hit Slashdot’s front page
12/ @gavinandresen launching what remains the most legendary Bitcoin coding project.
13/ But of course, a jerk in Spain had to ruin it for all of us.
14/ At least Bitcoin pizza guy got a pizza…
15/ When generating versus buying bitcoin was a legitimate question for the everyday user.

1/ TxTenna, an application of mesh networking with Bitcoin transactions, is on the horizon thanks to @SamouraiWallet and @gotenna. This is super exciting. But what does it mean exactly?

An intro to mesh networks and goTenna:
2/ To understand mesh networks, let's first break down how they differ from typical network architectures. Your everyday devices (phones, computers, routers, etc) are commonly setup under a hub and spoke architecture.
3/ The name effectively reveals what that means: the nodes on the network (spokes) are all connected to a single center (hub). This ‘hub’ serves as the access point through which all devices on the network connect to all other devices.

Did you know the word Aztecs refers to people of Aztlan, a fictional place where the Aztec tribe came from. That tribe split and then formed into smaller tribes around Mexico. These are the Nahua tribes, not Aztecs. American's aren't Britain anymore right? Same concept! 2/16

1/ Sending Bitcoin to the Cypherpunk mailing list on October 31, 2008 was the clear choice. This was the right group to gather feedback from, the right channel to engage with.
2/ The Cypherpunks were activists advocating widespread use of strong cryptography, as a route to social and political change. They had predicted the dawn of cryptocurrency years before in their many manifestos:

I took a few steps back to re-evaluate my engagement on Twitter as well as where most Nigerians are in the socio-political dialogue vis-a-vis the storm ahead. I also have more issues to confront head on that will eat into the time spent on this space.
I want to thank everyone who’s held my hands up through it all. You guys rock. This battle is the Lord’s and victory is certain and all that is required is Faith backed up with works. Nigeria is calling you...Will you Obey, it is a call for service.
The simplest form of exhibiting leadership is doing what most will not be courageous enough to do. It is always easy to say yes but to stand firm & say no with deep conviction takes leadership.
