NEW: I got a hold of the corporate documents for KLS research, the company that GOP operative Peter Smith set-up in his quest for Clinton's emails. The secretary who incorporated the company is the exact same woman who incorporated Michael Flynn's Flynn Intel Group.

You'll recall that Peter Smith listed Michael Flynn and Michael Flynn Jr as people who were helping with his Clinton email search. This suggests that they, at the very least, have some overlap of their business interests.

A word of caution: This woman has done absolutely nothing wrong and also likely set up many many companies. The fact that Smith and Flynn chose the same Delaware incorporation company and the exact same secretary, however, suggests some possible communication.

I reached out to her but haven't heard back yet. Again, she only did her job and nothing else, but she may have some more information.

Flynn Intel Group (Michael Flynn): Incorporated in June 2015
KLS Research (Peter Smith): Incorporated in October 2016.
Same secretary used for both companies.
