Quran that should always be recited:

Yasin - every morning
Kursi - after every salat
Mulk - every night
Kahf - every Friday

And whoever cannot memorize or recite shall listen.
The Hadith for Yasin every morning is in Tabarani.

Mulk at night - Tirmidhi & Nasa’i

3 Quls before bed - Abu Dawud & Tirmidhi

Kahf on Friday - Sunna al-Daarimi, Haakim, Bayhaqi
Reciting Yasin in the morning forgives sins.

Mulk at night protects from the torment of the grave.

The 3 quls will protect one in the night.

Kahf will erase the sins of the past week and protect from Dajjal.
“And whoever recites ayat al-Kursi after every salat, there will be nothing between him and Paradise except death” (Nasa’i, Ibn Hibban, Darimi).
