Here are his prior arrest records. The msm reported that he had been arrested for terroristic threats in the past, but I find no record of it. He is a BIG dude- 6'1" 265#.
He was arrested on May 9, 2014 in Broward county on Grand Theft charges- Felony

Apparently from the time he was arrested until the time that he registered to vote, #CesarSayoc grew 2 inches and gained 40 pounds. Maybe he just fudged his stats on his DL or something. Anomaly.
On 11/28/13 #CesarSayoc was arrested for stealing $300 in merchandise from Macy's (3rd degree felony) and battered an employee in the act of the crime.
#CesarSayoc was given 12 months concurrent probation for each charge.
#CesarSayoc worked as a booking agent for traveling male revue shows Chippendales, International Gold Productions, Ceasar Palace Royal Burlesque Show, etc. and requested travel restrictions be lifted under probation order.
His attorney filed for a probation modification that was denied initially. They then filed to remove the travel restriction and it was approved.
While still on probation- 11/14/14 #CesarSayoc got sticky fingers again. This time at Home Depot. But It was under $300 so only a misdemeanor.
His probation was 'revoked'. January of 2015
He was then put on what Florida calls 'Community Control' which is basically house arrest.
