Dear @SpursOfficial, here's a brief thread in response to your announcement tonight:

Last season you raised ticket prices by a significant amount to be the highest in the league (despite the fact that we haven't won a cup since 2008).

This was based on the fact that we were going to be 'in our new home' (which you said we needed to compete - ridiculous but that's another story) and as a result you were providing 'a much better product.' As a result you took our money way back in the summer, no questions asked.

Then you postponed the opening game, which stirred some cynicism but most people were satisfied that the second home game would be the first at our new ground. It wasn't.

What has happened since then has been at best a complete display of incompetence, and at worst a pack of lies. Regardless, in the meantime you've continued to hang on to our money until 7 days before on sale dates, as well as putting us last in most forms of communication.

By the way - really happy that NFL gig looks like it's working out well for you.

Now you're still continuing to pump us full of requests to buy your merchandise and tickets for Wembley (some that cost more than the refund for the 1/19th of your season ticket you've given us) and nobody seems to know what's going on with the new ground.

Most of us aren't angry that an amibitous building project has overrun - these things happen. However we're furious at the miscommunication and lies that we continue to be subjected to.

For a start, you could refund us for all games for Wembley instantly, drastically improve your communication, and at least pretend to care about us as fans. Better ticket pricing for Chelsea would also be very welcome. Just anything to show us that we aren't your last concern.

I won't be holding my breath though....

One more thing - as good as it feels to rant on Twitter, this will do very little. What you can do though, that will make a difference, is join @THSTOfficial who work tirelessly and thanklessly for us.
