Firstly, United has NOT improved since then. We had a manager bounce which happens sometimes when a new manger comes in.

How does this relate to Mourinho? It relates to him because we do not like the human being, we refused to listen to the truth.

Did he deserve the sack? don’t think he deserves it. Let’s start by reviewing his time with us.

He came into the club after we came 5th. Brought in Ibra, Pogba and Bailey. Won the League Cup and Europa League and got us back into the champions league.
2nd season, he brought in Lukaku, Lindelof and Matic. He came second with 81 points beating every team in the league and getting to the finals of the FA Cup. The next logical step is to buy more quality players in order to compete. What did Ed Woodward give him?

DALOT and FRED.
He threw a tantrum. He kept moaning that the squad was not good enough. Performances went down and he got fired and £15 as compensation.

He didn’t behave the way United fans felt a United manager should behave. I personally don’t care about that. I like people that don’t care.
Somehow, United fans believed the team was good enough. They deceived themselves that Martial, Rashford etc are world class. After those two seasons, he told us we need to invest more. That we were still not good enough. United fans were not having it.
So we had the Manager Bounce. We have seen it before. Di Matteo was a beneficiary. Even Avram grant was a penalty kick away from winning the UCL. Shakespear of Leicester won 7 games straight after Ranieri was sacked. Doesn’t mean he was better than Ranieri. Reality set in later.
Solskjaer started doing things the so called United Way to please the fan base. Call the players great. Said he is lucky to have such a great collection. He was saying and doing the “right” things. Sold Felliani without replacement as he did not have the United DNA.
Stupid people started saying “we told you, the players are good enough” and “call Mourinho and sack him again”. Now we are seeing the truth. The truth Jose has always hammered.

Now everyone is saying we don’t have quality players.
But 3 months ago when we were winning 50-0 per game you all said the players were world class.

Now we are saying, Mourinho was right. Only a mad man like Jose can come second with this squad.

He had a point when he said last season was his best achievement.
I hope Ole will go bullish in the summer and I hope he will be backed. Not doing silly things like rewarding Young and Jones with new contracts. A top team is not an academy where you “improve” players. In today’s football, you buy quality players, if you want to be at the top.
Heritage... as Jose calls it. We are not there and we are not acting like we want to be there because some are saying but Ajax did not spend big money. I don’t want to be like Ajax who occasionally feature at this stage. No. I want to be among the top 5 in Europe.
