This is important news 👇

I am involved in a legal challenge to the refusal of the Prime Minister to properly act on the strong evidence of cheating in the EU Referendum. Hearing 7 December. More info here crowdjustice.com/case/ukineucha…
Unlike general and local elections, and even local authority referendums, the EU Referendum - most important in decades - had no safety net for it to be voided by evidence of cheating. So it falls to the Prime Minister to act on what is now clear evidence crowdjustice.com/case/ukineucha…
3/ The Electoral Commission found beyond reasonable doubt that Vote Leave, the officially designated campaign, significantly and deliberately overspent, using the overspend to pay for highly effective Facebook ads in the last days of the campaign crowdjustice.com/case/ukineucha…
4/ Leave EU (Aaron Banks) cheated and has been found beyond reasonable doubt to have done so. This challenge is to Prime Minister's decision to continue to claim that the referendum was the "will of the people" despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary crowdjustice.com/case/ukineucha…
5/ Follow @UKEUchallenge for more info - also @JMPSimor @PEleftheriadis who are some of the other counsel
6/ This really is important. Note that nobody knows where millions of pounds Aaron Banks used to support Leave.EU - and effectively win the vote for Leave - came from. This sounds like Meuller-level stuff. Please consider supporting the case crowdjustice.com/case/ukineucha…
7/ Some useful docs:
Claimants' reply drive.google.com/drive/folders/…
Request for further information drive.google.com/drive/folders/…
Nb the government have refused to answer any of the questions posed in the second doc. They are important questions.
8/ Here and in the next tweet are the 16 questions @UKEUchallenge has put to the Prime Minister and which she has refused to answer prior to the hearing on 7 December. They seem even more pertinent now! drive.google.com/drive/folders/…
9/ ... continued
10/ The reason the Banks et a case has been referred to the National Crime Agency is that the Electoral Commission doesn't have the powers to investigate beyond the UK borders. Suggests the regulation of the EU Referendum wasn't fit for purpose
