Having power issues? Illegal disconnection? crazy billing?
Here are 7 steps to take to get it resolved.

1. Write a formal letter to your DISCO. Visit bit.ly/discocontact to get their contact information.

2. Wait for at least 15 working days to get a response to your letter.

3. If you do not get a response or you aren't satisfied, write a letter to the @NERCNG FORUM.

4. Attach the acknowledged letter sent to your DISCO and include all necessary details.

5. Once the letter is formally acknowledged by @NERCNG Forum, your issue will be heard on a determined date.

6. @NERCNG will send an SMS/Email informing you of your fixed date of hearing.

Every single tech company operates in a fictional world where people have signed contracts allowing their data to be used and shared and blah blah. But those contracts are bullshit, and we all know it
If you were to describe a contract that
- no one has read
- it doesn’t matter if you read because you can’t bargain over the terms
- can be unilaterally changed at any time
- does not explicitly describe the consideration you provide (data!)
