2/ had a police presence at polling places, which is horrifying to me because it has a heavy Jewish population and must mean a fear of anti-Semitic attacks there and especially at synagogues which serve as polling places. Our polling place was about the same in turnout as usual
and everyone was in the same "normal" spirits of friendly Americans as usual. 3/3 END
