2/ If you didn't have the right ID. Go to your local supervisor of elections (dos.elections.myflorida.com/supervisors/su…) with the required ID and an affidavit (not required, but let's make sure) BEFORE 5 PM. You can also fax or email a photo (front and back) of it.
3/ If they couldn't verify your ID, take a copy of your FL drivers license, FL state ID, or a copy of your social security card in person, by fax or by email before 5 PM today dos.elections.myflorida.com/supervisors/su…
4/ They challenged eligibility (not a citizen, underage, not from Florida, not in poll book) YOU MUST FILL OUT AN AFFIDAVIT. Go to floridadems.org and click TAKE ACTION & select the affidavit for poll book discrepancy & proof by 5 PM today to the supervisor of elections
5/ In this case, you'd take a passport, proof of age, address, etc.) Technically, you can email it to people, who are flawed, TAKE IT IN. If you need help, call your local Democratic Headquarters and volunteers like me will give you more information.

No matter how you submit, in-person, email or fax, say that I AM SUBMITTING THIS DOCUMENT BECAUSE I HAD TO VOTE A PROVISIONAL BALLOT AND I WANT MY VOTE COUNTED.
