The case relates to our recent success in the High Court against An Taoiseach. (Which was reported here in the Irish Times irishtimes.com/news/crime-and… )
An Taoiseach issued a new internal review decision on foot of Judge Faherty quashing and remitting the earlier decision. We were unhappy with this new internal review decision, and today sought and were granted leave to new judicial review proceedings vs An Taoiseach
Our case will return to the High Court in January for mention. Rather than tweet out a thread as to the basis for our JR, I'll just say it's technical and complex, but goes to the core of how public authorities make decisions for AIE requests/appeals.
