Confirming yet again my argument from 3 weeks ago that the one of the two core influencers of May's Soft-Remain BRINO-Deal was & still is her naive susceptibility to the lobbying of the pro-Remain side of CBI-epitomised crony-corporatist Big-Business.

As I've stated before, arch-Remainer Clark has been May's behind-the-arras fixer of pro-Remain crony-corporatist Big-Business' participation in Hammond/Treasury's #ProjectFear MK II about No-Deal, by reassuring them UK wld stay in CU come what may.

Remember, @BrexitStewart, only last month at @ConHome, revealed Clark still refusing to divulge details of alleged assurances to Nissan that UK *would* stay in CU, whatever was being said publicly, & that the Irish backstop "wheeze" would achieve that.

They are no less guilty in the deception perpetrated on the electorate by May & her No 10 team of anti-Brexit officials

1/11 For a long time we didn't have the money to apply for #citizenship. Now we can manage, just barely, as long as we don't use a lawyer, so we started the process in earnest last June. I had friends fill out all the reference pages (two different friends for each of us).
2/11 We worked out when all of us had been out of the country&started to fill in the forms. Soon it became clear we had a better chance if we applied as a whole family. My EU husband applied for& received Settled Status, then took&passed the Life in the UK test, then
3/11 took&passed the spoken English test. Finally we were ready. Now we discover the passport checking service has been privatised. My husband hasn't been able to get in touch with them to find out how we can submit our applications without losing all four of our passports

I took Abe for a walk this afternoon.
It's the first thing we've done together except feed, brush, and pick feet since the day before Thanksgiving wreck.
For starters, my arm & shoulder hurt so bad that I couldn't dress or undress myself without help for four days.
2. In the second place, by the time I could dress myself unaided, his feet hurt him so bad that I'd no more have made him walk any distance than I'd beat him. We both hurt.
3. What happened was, I moved him into the barnyard full time, accepting that I'd have to feed him morning and night forever.
But.
Even though it was pretty picked over, the barnyard still had too much remaining green grass and forbs growing in it, and flared up his founder.

For the last 24 hours I've been texting & calling with refugees in Libya. 500 are apparently stuck in a Tripoli prison w/o food & water after heavy fighting broke out two days ago. They say their guards ran away, leaving them alone.
These refugees are men, women & children. They tried to cross the Mediterranean earlier this year, but were found by Italian boats, who turned them over to the EU-backed Libyan coastguard, who put them in prison. The conditions were already terrible before the fighting started.
Oh the phone earlier I could hear children crying & what sounded like bombing in the distance. The refugees say everyone's incredibly frightened. "We hear machine guns, tanks, big bombs, last night from the roof it was all fire."
