@Wmboot That's why there is a wall between business side and editorial side. The question is then if the company operates ethically, if it chases ethical incentives. I think that it does. WashPost has HR, a unionized workforce, a set of goals outside of 'more traffic'.
@Wmboot All journalism companies must face pressure from advertisers and owners, but VC is allowed to create policy for a company and set incentives in a way that advertisers or owners cannot.
@Wmboot VC impacts newsrooms far more than any other thing is allowed to because VC sets strategy.
