On the message board, Facebook employees are openly speculating about Sheryl Sandberg’s fate. Some have argued bad optics will prevent the company from removing her: “One does not simply fire the author of ‘Lean In’ and pretty much the sole female executive in top leadership."
Any mention of Sandberg turns tense, and can become centered on arguments her “left-leaning brand” has left the company.
