1/ as noted before, Forensicator recently published new installment of ongoing and insightful analysis of Guccifer 2 metadata. theforensicator.wordpress.com/guccifer-2s-ru… He cleverly observed that timezone can be deduced from July 6 document metadata, but I think that it should be -04:00, not +04:00 
2/ re-tracing Forensicator's steps, I benchmarked LibreOffice (6) metadata for 11:19-05:00 (EST) docx document. core.xml incorrectly denotes local time as Z-time, while the zip directory time shows Z-time but without suffix.
3/ applying benchmarks to potus-briefing-05-18-16_as-edits.docx considered by Forensicator, it shows local time of 13:10:57 (incorrectly denoted Z) and Z-time of 17:10. This matches Eastern Daylight Time -04:00.
4/ exif similarly (and for understandable reasons) interpreted 13:10:57Z as Z-time, followed by Forensicator who then interpreted the directory time 17:10 as local time, resulting in a timezone calculation of +04:00, rather than the -04:00 which I've calculated.
5/ Guccifer 2's July 6 post is only one day after the July 5 bulk copy which both Forensicator and I have analysed elsewhere and on which VIPS has drawn conclusions reaching beyond the data in my opinion. Forensicator observed evidence of -04:00 timezone in July 5 operations.
6/ Guccifer 2 appears to have changed time zones depending on his whim, so it's unclear whether these deductions mean anything very much. However, sometimes patterns of deceit yield tracers. (E.g. the Sechin-CarterPage meeting is fake, but a tracer of Steele dossier in leaks)
7/ in pointing out this error, I am not disparaging Forensicator's work. Quite the contrary. No one else had noticed details that he reported/ It's easy enough to get turned around and easier to re-trace steps than to do it the first time.
8/ I think that I've noticed a previously unnoticed pattern to Guccifer 2's time manipulation: he changes time zones on different days, but simultaneously changes the clock setting on his computer so that it displays Z-time. Here's how it works for July 6.
9/ based on exif metadata - prior to amendment to document save time (ModifyDate) proposed here - there is a puzzling gap of over 9 hours between document save and Wordpress upload in Z-time (FileModifyDateZ). Equally puzzling gaps occur on other days.
10/ when the LibreOffice misinterpretation discussed above is corrected, the gap between document save and Wordpress upload is reduced to 5+ hours. The column is headed PseudoZ because we don't KNOW whether Guccifer 2 may have done a clock displacement in addition to timezone chg
11/ my hypothesis is that when Guccifer 2 changed time zone setting on his computer, he also displaced clock setting to keep display at Z-time. In present case, this meant turning clock back 4 hours i.e. true Z-time was 4 hours LATER, reducing Wordpress upload gap under 2 hours.
12/ I've traced this pattern on other dates. It's particularly compelling on June 30 - where the data can only be explained through clock displacement. On June 15, the date of primary interest, it improves the fit tho not as dramatically as June 30.
