Qatar’s Mohammed Al-Ruwaini supposedly bragged that Michael Flynn had NOT refused their money. And that Michael Cohen asked him for $1M. Al-Ruwaini claims they didn’t give $1M to Cohen. Coincidentally Cohen did receive a $1M consulting contract linked to a Russian Oligarch?

A firm linked to Russian Oligarch Viktor Vekselberg (Yes, Mueller questioned & sanctioned Vekselberg earlier this year)paid $580k to the same shell company that Cohen set up to pay Stormy Daniels. They also paid $250k to Trumps Inauguration fund. Were these fees & donations more?

Reports say that the Vekselberg payments may have been part of a plan to lift economic sanctions on Russia (sounds familiar🤔)
In both Vekselberg & Qatar the common thread is Rosneft & Russian Sanctions
It also ties in to what came up in the Steele Dossier

Rosneft is the Russian owned energy company mentioned in the Steele Dossier
It says Carter Page met w/ the CEO of Rosneft & offered Page a brokerage fee of 19% in exchange for the US lifting sanctions on Russia.
Qatar wound up w/ 19.5% in Rosneft.
Qatar met w/ Flynn shortly after

The same day that Qatar Investment Authority CEO goes up in the elevator w/ Cohen, Mike Flynn & Rick Perry Trumps pick as Secretary of ENERGY are also both present. They met on Dec 12th.
Days later Flynn had conversations w/ Sergey Kislyak about sanctions.
Was Qatar a Broker?

👉Dec 7 2016 Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) gained a 19.5% stake in Rosneft (a similar amount thats mentioned in the Steele Dossier)
👉Dec 12 Cohen ushers QIA up to a meeting in Trump Tower w/ Flynn & Rick Perry Energy secretary
👉Dec 22 & 29 Flynns talking sanctions w/ Russia

Why would Qatar have been a “go between” for Trump team & Rosneft? Well Qatar was trying to win support from the Trump administration & had already been working with others including Kushner.
Kushner was already talking with Qatar about financing 666 5th Ave in November 2016.

Eventually the talks for Qatar to bail out Kushner on his 666 5th ave deal fell apart. A month after the Kushner deal w/ Qatar fell apart Kushner backed a blockade ORGANIZED BY SAUDI ARABIA against Qatar with Trump & the WH backing the Saudis.
A lot of these pieces seem connected

A Grand Jury met Friday shrouded in mystery. We know it was related to a”foreign state-owned Corporation” that Mueller subpoenaed. Could it have been Qatar Investment Authority?
Maybe Muellers seeking Qatar’s cooperation w/ Jared?
With Cohen & Flynn cooperating it seems to fit...

Doesn’t a Qatar connection also lead to info on Trump & Kushners “loyalty” to Saudi Arabia?
Will Qatar shed some light on possible back room dealings between Trump, Kushner & the Saudis?
Maybe as Mueller connects the dots on Russia we’ll start to see a bigger Pay-to-play picture
