1. First thing... is to simply stop waiting.

Procrastination won’t get you anywhere

Saying “I’ll start up this coming Monday”..

When you and I both know that Monday never comes.

Instead, start TODAY.

This is a major🔑

The sooner you start, the faster you’ll build momentum
2. Next, don’t overdo it

If you’re just starting up, don’t kill yourself exercising

Start slow, get comfortable, get the ball rolling

Each week you train, it will get easier & easier to go

By the time you’re comfortable going, you’ll be in routine

3. Set realistic goals

We all want to reach the end result

But sometimes that point is a little further away than we’d like

So... set small goals.

Start simple, reach your goal, gain positive reinforcement for reaching your goal

Then raise them as you progress
4. Stop. Making. Excuses.

There’s no chance that you can’t find 3-4 hours per WEEK to exercise

You say you’re busy, but we both know you can cut that Netflix time 1 hour shorter each day for the goodness of your health.

Making any sort of progress > being a couch potato
5. Try combining intermittent fasting with a cardio & resistance training program

You may find it a whole lot easier to reach your goals with this combination

6. Find a workout buddy

You’re much more likely to continue working out if you have someone to go with

+ You can motivate each other

+ You can talk about it with them

+ You can watch each other progress & gain confidence

+ You’ll grow a closer relationship with your friend
7. Stop trying to be perfect!

We are all humans.

NO ONE is perfect

Instead of perfection, be CONSISTENT.

If you have an off day

Get right back on it the next

Don’t feel guilty for yourself

JUST KEEP PROGRESSING.

Slow progress > no progress at all
8. Don’t be afraid to fail

This point goes for anything in life really.

What you’re afraid of, you will overcome by DOING

We’ve all felt failure & embarrassment

The reality is.. who tf cares?

No one will remember you failing that last rep because you were pushing yourself
