Antifa is a terrorist organization paid for by the Democrats to put fear into any opposition. No Republican rallies or popular conservative speakers are allowed in blue districts without them showing up to beat up people. This is by design.
Our greatest problem is that lawless people don't face any consequences for their actions.

Actually it's the other way around, Democrats are holding America hostage for illegals and open borders. They have broken their oath to protect and defend the constitution of the United States.
Democrats have put illegals first! They all should be tried for treason. They neglected their sacred duty to defend America against all enemies foreign and Domestic. They themselves have become Domestic enemy number one!
Open Borders is the straw that breaks the Camel's back. Those that seek to destroy us, know this. That is why the Democrats will never budge on the wall.

Once open borders becomes a reality, America will eventually give their sovereignty to the UN or a foreign power.

The Birmingham Civil Rights Institute reversed its decision to honor Angela Davis with their Civil Rights Award, setting off a contentious debate that has ensnared the Jewish community. As a civil rights worker and Jewish former refugee from the USSR, I have thoughts. A THREAD:
First, context. The Institute explained: “upon closer examination of Ms. Davis’ statements and public record, we concluded that she unfortunately does not meet all of the criteria on which the award is based.”

1. The president’s rationale, if you can call it that, for refusing to sign a bipartisan government funding bill that does not include money for a border wall is a familiar one. It goes like this: “A nation without borders is no nation at all.”
2. Donald Trump does not mean we do not have borders. The president means, I think, that our borders are so inadequately controlled that we may as well not have borders.
3. And because controlling the border is in the national interest, not controlling borders, using draconian means, is actually undermining the national interest.

I think it’s actually more telling that the major responses Republicans have to “abolish ICE” are:
- it will lead to a massive increase in crime because all immigrants are criminals (racist, xenophobic, false)
OR
- it is a political loser because I viscerally dislike it
Instead of saying that abolishing ICE is a political loser (to whom and for what reasons), conservatives who can’t quite give up defending Republican policy should make an affirmative argument in defense of the agency where people are happily committing human rights violations
I mean the head of ICE is crying more over the social censure of ICE agents than the possibly permanent separation of children from their asylum-seeking parents. He has defended the deeply disturbing “techniques” for that separation, also employed by the likes of the Nazis.

THREAD I recall 1st time I raised Magnitsky case w RU OSCE diplo & the efforts to get Magnitsky law still a bill then. 1) He did not know Browder's grandfather was head of US Communist Party, or pretended not to know, and usually RU propagandists avoid this as "discreditation";
2) He was shocked that "one man" could "get a senator" to "do this". You can try for 1/2 hr to explain to cynical Russian whose parliament works by phone calls from Pres Admin that this isn't how it works, he will never believe. It remained as staple of Kremlin/some US media;
3) But not "one senator". It's lots in both houses. 4 votes against Magnitsky included Conyers, an old DSA regular often pro-Kremlin, hard left, who feared spoiling relations with RU; Carl Levin (R-Mich) who was an early harbinger of today's GOP pro-RU sentiment; etc.
