I really recommend this interview with @RachelRileyRR. I found it quite moving. Speaks to much of what I have been feeling in the past few months as a Jewish person trying, genuinely and imperfectly to address the difficult issue of antismitism and Labour
@RachelRileyRR There aren’t many British Jews (250k ish) and very very few in the public eye. None of us are perfect but what I really got from this interview is that @RachelRileyRR is doing her honest and open best to stand up for her and our rights. That is a good thing.
@RachelRileyRR I have been trying to take a bit of s break from this issue over the past few weeks as frankly I was exhausted from it. Everyone deals with it in different ways but nobody should underestimate the personal cost it can take - so kudos from me.
And those dissecting her comments to manufacture offence: you are convincing nobody. Enough. Check your confirmation bias at the door please.
