I haven't posted historic photos for a while. So here we go.

A Jewish wedding in Jaffa in 1890. You can see the chuppah in the background. You can see a mixture of Sephardic and Ashkenazi Jews.

Keeping with the Jaffa theme, here are Jewish peasant women at the Jaffa Gate in Jerusalem in 1903.

Here us a picture of Jews out side the Scottish Mission Hospital in Tiberias in 1866. You can see a mix of Sephardic and Ashkenazi Jews.

This is decades before those who work hard to rewrite history claim Jews arrived.

Rare image from inside the Yohanan Ben Zakai Synagogue in Jerusalem 1893. Few people realize that Jerusalem had a Jewish majority for a long time. The Jews were ethnically cleansed from the old city after Jordan occupied Jerusalem in 1948 & were able to return in 1967.

A photo of Jews praying at the Western Wall in the late 19th century. UNESCO has declared that the Western Wall has no connection to Judaism. I challenge you to find a historic photo of the site with anyone other than Jews there.

Here are a couple of more photos of Jews at the Western Wall in the late 19th century. The one on the left was later colorized.

And here is one more of Jews praying at the Western Wall in the late 19th century. Note that back them men and women were allowed to pray together.

A Passover party in Rehovot 1900. You can see the Star of David hanging in the background.

And two more photos of Rehovot from 1893.

This is a very interesting photo. It is from around the turn of the 19th century. A group of Jewish men gather and pose, some with their rifles. You can see the Turkish flag (it was part of the Ottoman empire) and in the center (red arrow) you can see a white star of David.
